Ask for our special rates for Members of the Center as well as other Non-Profits.
There is a service fee of $20.00 assessed to any event scheduled after normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am - 9:00 pm). There will be a fee of $100.00 for the Senior Center service to clean after your event. You may choose to clean yourselves to receive the $100.00 deposit back. (Deposit due when scheduling rental. Total fee due prior to the day of the rental.) If renter cancels for any reason, the deposit will be automatically forfeited to the Senior Center. Damage to the center will be repaired at the renters expense.
The large multipurpose room capacity is 290 people. This room is complete with at comercial kitchen and a stage. To rent this room for 1 - 4 hours is $375.00. There is a $100.00 deposit to hold this room.
For your slightly smaller events a curtan can be drawn and you will still have use of the kitchen. Holding 242 people, this is still a nice size for any event. There is a $100.00 deposit to hold this room.

We have a cafe fully stocked with snacks and beverages if you choose to have us open for your event. >>
