Advocacy
The Mower County Senior Advocacy Program is a program designed to assist those in Mower county over the age of 60. Senior Advocates are information and assistance specialists who can assist with forms and applications, provide health insurance counseling and help Seniors research and connect with services. Chore
The Chore Program includes Lawn Care, Snow Removal and Homemaking Services for Mower County Residents over the age of 60. This program assists Seniors with housekeeping, minor home repairs and seasonal chores and is an essential service to help people remain living safely and independently in their own homes.The work is completed by Independent Contractors. Transportation
The Transportation Program serves Mower County and allows qualified residents reliable transportation by one of our Volunteer drivers to medical, dental and other essential appointments or needs. Rides are scheduled in advance to ensure driver availability. We offer rides through Ucare, Blue Cross and Self Pay. For more information, click on the 'Contact Us' page. |
